Terms of Service

1. User Account Rules

  1. You are not allowed to register or use your account through proxy, VPNs, "hide my ass", LAN groups, or internet cafes.
  2. You are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts, use fake information, or share payment processors between accounts and other members.
  3. You are not allowed to log in to more than one account on the same computer or IP address (includes family, friends, co-workers, and public computers).
  4. You are not allowed to use any VPS or Proxy server to access or use the website; you must use a personal device with your real IP address.
  5. Any attempts to overload the server will lead to permanent account suspension.
  6. Causing any kind of prejudice to the website, its owner, or staff will lead to permanent account suspension.
  7. Accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days will be permanently deleted without prior notice.

2. Referrals Rules

  1. You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.
  2. You are not allowed to use services that sell referrals; suspected violations lead to permanent account suspension.
  3. You will not be compensated for the loss of referrals due to their inactivity, deletion, or suspension.
  4. You are never allowed to change your assigned upline (referrer).

3. Payments & Purchase Rules

  1. All orders are final and non-refundable.
  2. All payments must be made through the website only.

4. Refund Policy Rule

  1. The purchase of any Subscription is non-refundable.

5. Anticheat & Account Suspension Rules

  1. Use of multiple tabs or windows for claim activities.
  2. CAPTCHA automation (using tools to bypass or solve CAPTCHAs automatically).
  3. Automated claiming (using software to perform claim actions without manual human input).
  4. Use of bots or scripts to interact with the system and perform claim activities.
  5. The system logs all suspicious ("fishy") activity.
  6. Attempting to "hack," perform "SQL injection," "XSS pass-through," or similar activities leads to permanent account suspension.
  7. You must not interfere with the system to compromise its security or reliability.
  8. The site reserves the right to suspend your account for any valid reason related to the Terms of Service.
  9. If your account is suspended, you cannot ask for a refund, and your account stats and referrals will be wiped.
  10. You may not create or use any type of emulator or program to automate clicking.

6. Liability Rules

  1. The site is not liable for delays or failures beyond its control.
  2. The site is not responsible for any of its users, advertisers, advertisements, or any third-party companies it depends on.
  3. You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on earnings received from the site.
  4. The site can suspend your account upon request if you do not agree with the terms.
  5. The site is not responsible for the investments you make.
  6. The site is not responsible for the activity of Referrals.
  7. The site has the right to change this agreement without prior notice, but will notify members of new or changed terms.
